Shipping Terms & Conditions
Each item in your order is sold by TechNE Hub Ltd (“TechNE”) or the merchant that the item is specified as sold by (“Merchant”).
Some items for shipment may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize TechNE Hub. Co. Ltd and its affiliates (as applicable) to designate a carrier (“Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.
“Import Fees Deposit” represents an estimate of the Import Fees that will be levied on the items in your order for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. By placing your order, you agree to allow YourBest! Export division and/or Merchants (as applicable) to collect the Import Fees Deposit for the applicable items in your order. This deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the Designated Carriers for the import fees that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.
You further agree that the Designated Carriers may disclose to YourBest export or Merchants (as applicable) the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item you have purchased from YourBest.Store and/or Merchants (“Actual Import Fees”). In the event that the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees, YourBest! Export or Merchants (as applicable) will refund the difference to you.
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the YourBest.store website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the origin of products.
Please note that Merchants participating in the International Direct program may have policies that differ from YourBest’s export’s terms and conditions. For items you have purchased from a Merchant, please see the applicable Merchant’s policies for any other terms and conditions that may apply to your purchase of such items.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from YourBest.Store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
General Shipping
About Shipping Restrictions
Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
You’ll be notified at checkout if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.
When possible, product detail pages filter out offers that can’t be shipped to your delivery address. To determine your location, we’ll use your default 1-Click delivery address when you’re signed in to your account and 1-Click has been set up; otherwise, we’ll use your IP address.
About Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Addresses
There are some special considerations when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Most items can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico however certain restrictions may apply which include:
- Dimensional shipping limits – standard shipping to these regions are limited by the overall shipping size which include a maximum length or girth of 108 inches and maximum weight of 70 lbs.
- Large and/or oddly shaped items may not be eligible for shipping.
- Hazmat – certain hazmat items (including but not limited to lithium batteries) are restricted from shipping to these areas.
- Address type – certain address types preclude shipping speeds, due to carrier capabilities.
Expedited and Priority Shipping isn’t available for P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Check the item’s product detail page for eligibility and available shipping options. Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.
About Shipping to APO, FPO & DPO Addresses
There are some special considerations when shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Most items can be shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, except:
- cell phones and service
- computers
- standalone lithium batteries
- lithium batteries packed separately with equipment (products that come with lithium batteries installed are permitted for shipping to APO and FPO addresses)
- furniture
- outdoor living items
Some apparel, baby, camera and photo, electronics, health and personal care, housewares, jewelry, software, sports, wine, and tools and hardware items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. An error message will appear at checkout if you enter an APO, FPO, or DPO address and the item isn’t eligible to be shipped to that address. Check the item’s product detail page for eligibility.
If an APO, FPO, or DPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
Note: Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer–up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
About Shipping to Addresses in Dulles, VA – Zip Codes 20189 & 20521
There are some special considerations when shipping to addresses in Zip Codes 20189 and 20521.
Many items can be shipped to address within the zip codes 20189 and 20521, except for:
- Perishables or temperature-controlled items
- Liquids exceeding 16 oz. in a single parcel
- Weapons or items that resemble weapons
- Nail polish, perfume, other flammables
- Aerosols
Note: Bulk shipments (equal or exceeding 6 cubic feet) can be sent but requires customer to fund shipping costs (all automotive tires are considered bulk).

About Shipping to U.S. Territories & Protectorates
There are some special considerations when shipping to U.S. Territories and Protectorates.
Most items can be shipped to U.S. Territories and Protectorates however certain restrictions may apply which include:
- Dimensional shipping limits – standard shipping to these regions are limited by the overall shipping size which include a maximum length or girth of 108 inches and maximum weight of 70 lbs.
- Large and/or oddly shaped items may be eligible for shipping.
- Hazmat – certain hazmat items (including but not limited to lithium batteries) are restricted from shipping to these areas.
Standard Shipping and International Priority Shipping are available for orders sent to addresses in U.S. Territories and Protectorates. Guaranteed Accelerated Delivery may also be available for select items.

Customs & import taxes
You are responsible to clear products from Customs in your country.
Please check if your order will incur any import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the Agents or Courier or Shipping Company upon delivery or you may be required to physically be responsible for the process of clearing.
TechNE Hub Co. Ltd and its subsidiaries including YourBest.Store or its agents are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. Any additional import costs or customs clearance delays shall not be a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.
Shipping cost
All courier services and shipping fees are set up with our suppliers. Currently products and goods sold via YourBest.Store offer the following express shipping options:

Express. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the basis of weight, size and volume.
If you feel the shipping fee is too high for an item you would like to order, you may contact YourBest.Store regarding alternate shipping arrangement.
